PAUSE to Heal is a transformative 3 month program based on my signature PAUSE technique. It will guide you to heal burnout & chronic stress, develop an inner resilience & heal root causes & cultivate vibrant health & happiness.

In PAUSE to Heal you will receive:

  • Weekly high-level 1:1 coaching & mindbody therapy (including 2 integration weeks)

  • Personalised daily support in Telegram (Monday-Friday).

  • A members’ portal featuring short training videos, guided meditations, visualisation & hypnosis recordings as well as nervous system regulation & somatic stress release movement videos and interactive workbooks with journal prompts & integration work.

  3. Belief Work - By tuning into your True Self, you will work with the parts that are keeping you stuck & turn subconscious limiting beliefs into new, positive & empowering ones.
