My work is grounded in Somatic Stress Release™, integrative hypnotherapy and nervous system informed therapeutic approaches. Together, we work gently with both the body and mind to support emotional regulation, resilience and a greater sense of internal safety.

I offer mindbody therapeutic support for adults, children and teenagers who are navigating stress, nervous system overwhelm, burnout, emotional sensitivity, neurodivergence (including ADHD), low mood, self-esteem or confidence challenges, life transitions, or a sense of disconnection from their body or emotions.
Sessions are personalised to your needs and pace, creating a calm, supportive space where we explore both body and mind. By gently working with your nervous system, emotional responses and habitual patterns, we support lasting change in a way that feels safe and manageable.
