Hi, I’m sarah.
After becoming very unwell in 2018 with an autoimmune disease & chronic fatigue I set about taking a deep dive into all things healing. I’ve learnt tonnes, healed my mind & body and found real happiness & peace.
Now, as a certified hypnotherapist, it is my passion to work with people who are stressed, anxious, & running on empty. It is my mission to help you prioritise, heal & love yourself deeply & to bring joy, energy & fulfilment back into your life.
