My 5 step PAUSE to Heal Program
PAUSE to Heal is a 5 step process that takes between 6 & 12 sessions. We meet weekly or bi-weekly online. Each session is an hour & you will get recordings & practices to help reinforce changes in between sessions.
It’s a highly individualised program as you & your journey are completely unique. We work together to find the best route to the greatest transformation.
